Two heads on an arm that rises from 15.55 to 22.83 inches, swivelling 180° side to side and tilting 90° up and down. Two sources at two angles is what removes the shadow a single lamp casts over your own hand.

Seventy-six LED beads run at a colour rendering index above 80, with even, flicker-free, glare-free output.

Ten brightness levels cross five colour temperatures from 3000K to 6500K — fifty settings in total — all driven from a touch surface rather than a row of buttons.

One electrical note. When light and USB charging draw together, feed it from a 5V/3A adapter or better; anything weaker can make the light flicker.

It folds down flat when the desk is needed, and it is light enough to move between a home office and a bedside.

A 45-minute timer switches it off unattended.
