How do you choose which products to sell?

DeskHaus curates home-office accessories by use and placement, such as desk organization, cable management and lighting. Compare the product dimensions, materials, mounting method, load limits and device compatibility before buying. We do not claim every item has been physically tested by DeskHaus or meets a universal review-count threshold. Email hello@getdeskhaus.com for help with unclear product information.

Where do my orders ship from?

DeskHaus uses retail-fulfillment partners. Orders may arrive in manufacturer or retailer packaging, including Amazon packaging, and multi-item orders may arrive separately. DeskHaus remains your seller and support contact at hello@getdeskhaus.com. Packaging does not establish authorized-dealer status or eligibility for a manufacturer warranty; those terms must be checked for the specific product.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, followed by an estimated 7-14 business days in transit. These are separate windows, not a guaranteed delivery date. Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. How much is shipping?

Standard US shipping is a flat $6.99 on every order, with no minimum. International shipping is not currently available.

What's your return policy?

Request a standard return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation. Email hello@getdeskhaus.com with your order number and reason before returning anything; prior approval is required, and we provide the return address and instructions. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Final Sale items and other exclusions apply. Damaged or defective items follow the separate damaged-item process. Why are some products marked 'Add-On'?

Add-Ons are smaller items priced below $30 (cable clips, small organizers, etc.) that work best as companions to a main purchase. Pair them with anything from On-Desk or Under-Desk to round out your setup.

Are the products on DeskHaus authentic and from authorized brands?

DeskHaus is an independent retailer and does not claim authorized-dealer or official-retailer status unless explicitly stated for the particular brand. Manufacturer warranty eligibility can vary by product and purchase channel. Email hello@getdeskhaus.com with the product link if you need brand, sourcing or warranty details before ordering.

Do your electronic items meet US safety standards?

Certification and compatibility must be checked for the exact product and model. We do not independently test or certify electronics, and we do not make a store-wide FCC, UL or Qi certification guarantee. Check the manufacturer documentation and product labeling. If you need a specific certification, email hello@getdeskhaus.com with the product link before ordering; if we cannot verify it, do not assume it is certified.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
