Those rates depend entirely on the adapter you supply, and none is included. Reaching 10W and 7.5W needs a Quick Charge 3.0 or PD 3.0 adapter rated 9V/2A or better. Plug it into an ordinary 5V/2A charger and the output drops to 5W.

The stand holds the phone upright for messaging and face unlock, or sideways for video.

Case rules are specific. Rubber, plastic, and TPU cases under 5mm charge through. Magnetic cases, metal cases, and credit cards left on the back will stop it working altogether. For the fastest charge on an iPhone, take the case off.

Qi-certified protection covers over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, and foreign-object detection.
