50ft, 1/4 inch & 1/2 inch PET Expandable Braided Sleeving

Fifty feet of black expandable braid, split between two diameters: 25 ft at 1/4" and 25 ft at 1/2". Each expands about half again over its stated size, so one roll covers a range of bundle thicknesses — thin signal leads on the smaller gauge, grouped power and speaker cable on the larger.

The PET braid holds from -103°F to 257°F, with a melt point of 446°F, which is why it turns up in car audio and engine-bay work as readily as behind a desk. It carries UL, ROHS, and REACH compliance and is halogen free. Sleeving cables this way protects them from abrasion and extends their working life.

Cutting: a heated blade seals the cut as it goes. Lacking one, hold the cut end briefly near a lighter so the braid melts shut and cannot fray.
