Monitor arms and VESA mounts — clamp and grommet models for single and dual screens, in 75×75 and 100×100 mm patterns.

How to choose

• VESA pattern — Look for four screw holes in a square on the back of the monitor, 75×75 or 100×100 mm. Monitors without them need an adapter plate, sold separately.
• Weight range — Gas-spring arms list a supported range rather than a single maximum. Check your monitor's weight against both ends of it.
• Clamp or grommet — A clamp needs a reachable desk edge with clearance underneath. A grommet mount needs a hole through the desk. Both list a supported desk thickness.
• Single or dual — Check whether a dual model uses one mounting point or two, and what combined weight it lists.
