How to choose

  • Pair with a separate keyboard — Raising the screen raises the built-in keyboard with it, so most raised setups use an external keyboard and mouse.
  • Fixed, adjustable, or folding — Fixed stands hold one height. Adjustable models set the height to match a monitor beside them. Folding stands pack flat for travel.
  • Size range — Listings state a supported screen size and weight. Check both against your laptop.
  • Ventilation — Open frames leave the underside of the laptop exposed to air; closed platforms do not.
